📖 If you're just joining us...

In 2016, I kept pulling the Death card in readings about my marriage. Even though I knew what it meant, I wasn't ready. So I kept shuffling it back into the deck. For 5 years.

Then I had my daughter, and things in my marriage just got worse. I kept feeling more and more miserable and trapped, like someone had dropped me into a life that wasn't my own.

Just like I kept shuffling that Death card back into the deck, I kept shuffling away my truth - until a Uranus transit and a box of blocks changed everything.

Here's what happened:

I knew Uranus, the planet of sudden change and freedom, was crossing my IC, the lowest point in my chart, the point of home, inner roots, and deep work. That meant something was going to happen to shake the very foundations of my life.

But astrology transits don't tell you specifics. So I wasn't sure what it all meant.

Until one Saturday morning in late summer.

My daughter Kiara and I were up early, sharing breakfast and giggles, a rare moment of joy.

My ex-husband wandered into the kitchen at 11 AM, rubbing his eyes and yawning. He didn't say good morning.

He sat down at the table with Kiara, and said, "Why did you leave Kiara's clothes on the floor?"

Then he noticed a dirty dish next to the sink. "You've been up all morning, and you didn't even wash the dishes yet?" he asked.

After breakfast, he sat on a chair in Kiara's playroom, scrolling on his phone, not speaking to either of us, while I organized all of Kiara's toys to try and show him I wasn't a messy, useless wife.

And then it happened.

As I picked up a box of blocks to put them away, they fell out and scattered across the floor.

Watching them fall, rage rose in my chest.

Even when I was doing everything right, things still seemed to fall apart. And there he was, just moping and watching me do all the work.

I went to lie down, overwhelmed, and heard him say, "I guess Mama won't be going to the farmers market with us, because she's in a bad mood."

That's when everything crystallized.

Every criticism, every silent treatment, every moment of feeling alone while being married - it wasn't just about me anymore.

Kiara was learning what love looked like by watching us. She was learning that it's normal for someone to ignore you, criticize you, twist your words, and withhold affection as punishment.

I knew I couldn't let her grow up thinking this was what love looked like. I needed to leave - for her sake, and for the sake of my own freedom.

Until that moment, the Uranus transit was just a concept, an interesting idea. But in the moment I decided to leave, the transit became real. Uranus on my IC was exactly what I needed to make a huge change.

Even though it was terrifying to leave, to start over, to face an uncertain future as a single mom, it was even scarier to remain trapped in a life I had outgrown.

(And if you're wondering - yes, it really did turn out better than I could have imagined. But that's a story for next time...)

That's the thing about astrological transits 🌠 - they often bring us exactly what we need, even if it's not what we think we want.

They illuminate patterns we've been ignoring and create opportunities for profound change.

That's exactly why I'm offering these Year Ahead Vision Sessions.

Because just like I needed help seeing the signs back then, we all sometimes need guidance to recognize when the universe is offering us an opportunity for change.

In our session we'll:

👀 Get clear on your vision for your life as we move into 2025

🪐 Explore what planetary movements are influencing your life right now.

🎴 Look at where you might be shuffling cards back into the deck(metaphorically speaking), and how you can work with these energies instead of against them.

Whether you're facing a major decision, feeling stuck in old patterns, or simply wanting to approach 2025 with greater clarity, aligning with your chart's wisdom can help you navigate what's ahead with confidence.

Warmly,

Daniela

P.S. One of my favorite things about astrology is how it helps us understand our timing for transformation 🌙. While my wake-up call came through a Uranus transit, yours might arrive with Saturn teaching you about boundaries, or Jupiter expanding your sense of what's possible. Hi Reader! The tulips in my front yard are already pushing up from the ground as I write this—Spring Equinox energy buzzing in the air, marking the start of a fresh astrological year. Meanwhile, gifts for my daughter's 7th birthday this Sunday line the counter, waiting to be wrapped. In my family, birthdays are revered...even for my 77 year old parents! And at the same time, birthdays can be so...complicated. I still remember the gut-punch feeling at my 8th birthday party. I was in the...

Hi Reader, A lunar eclipse happened in Virgo early this morning (last night, really), and I’m not here to tell you it’s going to change your life overnight. I’m here to talk about something else entirely – that quiet insistence inside you that knows there’s more. The dream you’ve tucked away because it doesn’t make “practical sense.” The path that calls to you even as you explain all the reasons you can’t take it. WHAT ECLIPSES REALLY REVEAL Eclipses fascinate me, not because they dictate our...

Do you ever have trouble going back to sleep when you wake up in the middle of the night? I know I do. Luckily, I discovered this ridiculous "hack" where I scroll Reddit for 20 minutes, reading about someone else's cheating spouse or friendship drama. My brain can finally focus on someone else's problems instead of my own swirling thoughts. And then I drift off to sleep. Pretty healthy coping mechanism, right? 😅 Well, recently, even that hasn't been working. Because going on Reddit means I'm...
