I’m a coach who uses tarot and astrology to help self-doubters transform their relationship with themselves so that they can stop playing small and create the life they want. I believe that tarot and astrology are a ton of fun…and when you use them on a regular basis, they are truly powerful catalysts to creating the life you want. I write about how I use these tools in my life on a daily basis.

🎮 Life is the Original Boss Level—and You Don’t Even Get a Tutorial
Published 11 days ago • 3 min read
Hi Reader!
Are you the kind of person who falls into a book and forgets the real world exists?
I LOVE epic fantasy series. You know, the ones that you can read for months, and when they end you feel like a bunch of close friends just moved away?
Right now, I'm reading a series called Dungeon Crawler Carl by Matt Dinniman. I almost skipped it—because, honestly, Dungeon Crawler Carl? That sounds like a bad mobile game from 2007.
But I'm obsessed.
The series starts when Carl's ex-girlfriend's cat, Donut, jumps out of the window, and he goes out to get her in heart boxers and his ex's crocs.
And then...as he's standing outside in the chilly Seattle night...the entire world crumbles before his eyes. A consortium of aliens has turned the Earth into a dungeon crawler video game that's being broadcast throughout the universe.
And life as Carl and Donut know it is over.
Sometimes, life changes like a trapdoor: no warning, no grip, just gone.
You think everything is fine in your relationship...and then suddenly your partner tells you they're not happy and want to break up.
Your best friend seems perfectly healthy...and then they suddenly end up in the hospital with a life-changing diagnosis.
I'd write more examples...but these already feel like enough doom and gloom. (By the way, both of these things happened to people I'm close to in the past month.)
Many of the people who come to me for coaching have recently experienced something like this.
They come asking:
Why is this happening?
Am I going to be okay?
What am I supposed to do with this new reality?
What's the deeper meaning behind this?
I think they're secretly (or not so secretly) hoping that a card or astrological event will assuage their fears and let them know that everything is going to be okay.
But here's the thing.
The cards won't say everything's fine - but they will teach you how to be okay when things get real.
The questions tarot and astrology can answer are:
Why is this so hard for me?
How do I support myself through this?
What am I being asked to pay attention to in this moment?
How can I move through this change feeling completely supported by myself?
Instead of focusing on the future or outside events, I help you recenter yourself. I give you tools and space to connect with your intuition - that calm, wise part of you that already knows what to do.
This shift changes everything.
You didn't choose this change, but you can choose how you move through it.
Are you going through it right now?
If you're experiencing some Carl-level life changes right now (or changes that feel earth-shattering to you, even if no one else sees them), ask yourself:
How can I have my own back?
Am I okay right now? And if not, what do I do about that?
What is the hardest thing about this situation? How can I support myself through it?
⚡️ Get help with yourbig changes⚡️
Do you want support in understanding the answers to these questions through the lens of your birth chart and the current transits? If so, I have something that can help.
It’s called Sacred Crossings—a one-month journey for people who didn’t choose the change, but want to choose how they respond to it.
But I'm only taking 5 clients for it each month, so if this sounds like something you want, just reply with “Give me the details” and I’ll send you everything you need to know—no pressure, just support.
Here's to you and your intuition,
Daniela
P.S. Just like Carl has to learn the rules of his new reality one level at a time, you don't need to figure out your whole new life right now. You just need to trust yourself through the next step. (And yes, I'm absolutely going to keep reading about Carl and Donut's adventures - some stories are too good to put down, even when they start with the world ending.)

Hi Reader! It's been awhile since I've written, and I feel rusty, like a neck that's been angled wrong on a pillow all night. Since my last email went out to you, I went to Seattle for an astrology convention (amazing!), did readings at a huge two day fair in Denver (great, but also really stressful...especially the GIGANTIC storm that almost blew my tent away at the end), celebrated my 43rd birthday (chill and fun), and got my two of my wisdom teeth out (painful, but not as bad as I thought...
Hi Reader! The phrase self-love is thrown around so much these days. It's what I do in my work - help my clients fall in love with themselves. (If you're ready to explore this work together, you can schedule a Cosmic Clarity Call here.) But what does self-love really mean, anyway? And is it even fully possible? This Monday I received a reading from my new friend who is a Human Design coach and energy healer. She told me that part of me was hiding. She said it looked like I was in a dark cave,...
Hi Reader! Ever notice how sometimes the most profound clarity comes from the simplest questions? This week, instead of wrestling with the buzzing thoughts in my head when writing this email, I decided to pull a tarot card, close my eyes, and do an intuitive visualization. I pulled the Seven of Swords reversed. The figure in this card is awkwardly carrying five swords (by the blades! Ouch!) while looking back longingly at two swords they couldn’t manage to pick up. It feels like a frozen...
